Dr. Justin MacRae

Dr. Justin MacRae is an Oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing in Toronto, Ontario, with a clinical focus on advanced implant rehabilitation and full-arch reconstruction. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in New Jersey, after earning his DDS from New York University and a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from Wayne State University. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Integrated Biology and Neuroscience from the University of Toronto.
Dr. MacRae’s practice is dedicated primarily to complex dentoalveolar surgery, including All-on-X full-arch rehabilitation, wisdom tooth removal, zygomatic and pterygoid implants, and advanced bone grafting techniques. He has performed over 500 full-arch immediate-load cases and has extensive experience managing anatomically and medically complex patients. His clinical approach emphasizes efficiency, precision, and evidence-based protocols to improve surgical predictability and patient outcomes.
Dr. MacRae is actively expanding his involvement in continuing education, with a focus on sharing practical, experience-based insights from high-volume surgical practice. His goal is to provide clinicians with straightforward, applicable concepts and techniques that can help improve confidence, efficiency, and outcomes in everyday surgical care.
