Dr. Mahmood Abu Ruja, Prosthodontist

Dr. Abu Ruja is a board-certified Prosthodontist practicing in Toronto, Canada. He earned his Master’s degree in Prosthodontics from the University of Toronto, as well as a PhD in Dental Materials, also from the University of Toronto.
Dr. Abu Ruja maintains a specialty practice focused on comprehensive implant rehabilitation, aesthetic dentistry, and complex restorative care. He is actively involved in teaching Prosthodontics at the University of Toronto at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based dentistry, contemporary restorative materials, and digital workflows.
With extensive experience in both direct and indirect anterior restorations, he integrates material science, biologically driven treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve predictable, natural, and long-lasting aesthetic outcomes.
